2715 Pennsylvania Ave is a ground up 6 story development, which includes 7 apartment units, 1 level of below grade for storage and a commercial kitchen. This new building is designed by Portuguese Pritzker-prize winning architect, Eduardo Souto de Moura, and features elegant minimal European-inspired finishes. Amenities for residents will include a fully fitted fitness center, onsite storage, and bicycle parking. The ground floor will feature a new restaurant concept with a show kitchen and bar. The project will also reimagine the National Park Service park, Reservation 691, to which it is adjacent, with landscape designs by Oehme van Sweden.
