1630 Columbia Road is a 10 story ground up development with approximately 172 apartment units and 2 levels of below grade parking. This new building will feature best‐in‐class European-inspired unit finishes and amenities will include a rooftop with a large swimming pool, grilling stations and fire pits, a fitness center, and a lush private courtyard.
