He has been involved with numerous projects in the Washington DC area as a former member of the engineering departments of the Donohoe Companies & Boston Properties. Joe has been with EastBanc since 2004. Specializing in operations, energy management, MEP capital improvements, commissioning and retro-commissioning, Joe brings operating experience and provides engineering management to trophy class assets as well as mechanical/electrical/plumbing analysis of commercial buildings to the EastBanc team.
